You will be part of a caring and experienced staff team committed to delivering high-quality education and helping every student achieve their full potential.What you’ll be doing: Planning and delivering engaging Business lessons for Key Stages 4–5 Supporting every student to reach their full potential academically and personally Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation Encouraging student growth across academic, creative, sporting, cultural, and personal areas Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement Contributing to the wider life of the school and its extra-curricular opportunities You’ll need: Experience teaching Business at KS4–5 Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Business education Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment Commitment to continuous improvement and creativity in teaching Excellent communication and teamwork skills A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why join Protocol Education?
