This KS1 Teaching Assistant role offers a gentle, supportive step into the classroom.Protocol Education supports Primary Schools across Gateshead with full-time KS1 support staff.The role will involve: Supporting pupils in KS1 classrooms Helping children follow routines and instructions Supporting phonics and early learning activities Encouraging confidence and independence Being a consistent, friendly face We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with children Is warm, reliable and adaptable Enjoys supporting learning Can commit to full-time hours Is happy to apply for a DBS Why work with Protocol Education?
