Machine Technician Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire£35,000 + Overtime (Time & a Half) + Strong Benefits Were recruiting a Machine Technician to join a busy, well-invested manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a mechanical mindset who enjoys working with machinery and wants to build their technical skills in a fast-paced production environment. You'll play a key role in keeping moulding machines running efficiently, maintaining product quality and supporting smooth production on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights). What you'll be doing: Running and monitoring moulding machines and ancillary equipmentCarrying out routine quality checks and completing production paperworkRemoving, cleaning and adjusting machine components within your skill levelSupporting breakdown response and reporting issues to supervisionChanging raw material bins to maintain continuous productionMaintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety What were looking for: Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentPrevious experience operating or running machineryMechanical awareness or backgroundReliable, proactive and safety-conscious approachGood communication and teamworking skillsWillingness to learn — full training provided on site machinery What's on offer: £35,000 starting salaryOvertime paid at time and a half4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days & Nights)Pension: 9% total contribution (6% employer / 3% employee)Regular salary reviewsOngoing training, development and long-term career progressionOpportunity to work for a global manufacturing business
