Things that you will do Deliver a world-class sales experience Respond, engage and qualify marketing generated leads Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence Effectively partner and work across the Vypr teams Work closely with the Business Development Managers and Strategic Sellers to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools Schedule appointments and demos for BDM colleagues Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email Own the first point of contact, acting as a subject matter expert on Vypr product offerings/solution development skills Establish [MOU1] productive, professional relationships with key personnel in prospect organisations Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers expectations What you will be responsible for Achieving a minimum of 12 meetings booked PCM Achieving a minimum of 8 attended meetings Opportunities created through SDR to add £43k Per Calendar Month Understanding your sectors and the key selling points for each persona Meeting assigned performance expectations Completing required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame How you will do it Supporting the wider sales team by demonstrating an exemplary approach to business developmentUtilising the Vypr proven sales structureUsing the best-in-class software/technology at our disposal, Salesforce/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/SalesforceWorking closely with the Head of UK Sales to implement agreed priorities/strategiesCreating new prospective client relationshipsUndertaking a comprehensive needs analysis to qualify and validate opportunities, before handing off to BDM colleaguesAttending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleaguesAttending relevant business events when required What you are good at Identifying new salesDemonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales teamCapability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by VyprStrong and professional communication skills written, verbal, presentationAptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned leadsBrings new ideas to the companyContributing fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the leadDrive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and winSuperstar that consistently delivers against defined targetsComfortable with both independent and team working environments Whats important to you People and the world around me Ambition Im driven and want to push myself and my company forward Honesty and Integrity I want to do well but not at the expense of mine or the companys values Listening to and providing feedback in order to create better outcomes Benefits Additional leaveCasual dressCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountEnhanced maternity leaveEnhanced paternity leaveLife insurancePaid volunteer timeReferral programmeWork from home What next?
