Working across several supported living homes in Weston and Clevedon, you will be instrumental in leading a team of Support Workers to deliver care for adults with learning disabilities. In this role, you will contribute to the management and coordination of a team of support workers through supervisions, spot checks, staff rostering and medication observations. The Role: Assist in the management and coordination of a team of Support Workers On-call responsibilities and help with preparing and adjusting care plans Staff Spot Checks Hands-on support work to provide a full range of personal care, Medication Support and assistance with food and fluids. The Person: Background in health and social care as a care or support worker Looking personal development and training step up into a senior role Must have a valid UK driving licence
