TPF Recruitment are partnering with a large, well established independent firm of Chartered Accountants in High Wycombe to recruit an Accounts & Outsourcing Semi-Senior or Senior. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice offering strong progression and exposure to a varied client portfolio. Responsibilities:You’ll work closely with managers and partners to deliver high quality outsourced accounting services to a diverse range of SMEs, OMB’s and larger groups. Responsibilities will vary depending on experience but typically include:Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accountsBookkeeping, VAT returns, and general outsourced finance supportPreparation of year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole tradersAssisting with cloud migration projects and providing client training on cloud systemsSupporting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisActing as a point of contact for client queries, building strong ongoing relationshipsSupervising junior team members (Senior level)RequirementsExperience within a UK accountancy practiceStudying towards AAT/ACCA/ACA or already qualified (experience also considered)Experience preparing management accounts, year-end accounts and VAT returnsStrong cloud accounting knowledge (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with clientsOrganised, accurate, and able to manage multiple deadlinesBenefitsSalary circa £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification statusCompetitive benefits packageStudy support (if required)Clear progression pathwaysFlexible working and modern systemsCollaborative, supportive team environmentPlease contact Joe Potter on 01882206677 (tel), 07386668225 (mob), joe@tpfrecruitment.com, or via LinkedIn for a confidential conversation.
