Human Resources Manager (standalone role) Location - NewrySalary - 35-40k + benefits, including private health insurance, death in service, life insurance, paid holidays, career progression opportunities + more. Hours of work 8:30 5:30 Monday to Friday We are working with a leading food management and waste solutions company, who distribute into the hospitality sector. Reporting to senior management, you will Manage the full employee lifecycle e.g. recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, and offboarding.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures.Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related mattersSupport managers with employee relations issuesLead recruitment activities across the businessSupport workforce planning and successionIdentify training and developmentMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.Support compliance with ISO standards and audits where HR documentation and training records are required.Liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Manage employee benefits administrationAdvise leadership on organisational development and people strategyIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and efficiency. About you:Proven experience working in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.Experience supporting multi-site or international teams.Exposure to ISO standards or regulated environments.Skills:human resources communication IT
