Quality Administration Assistant£25,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmOffice-basedWe are currently seeking a Quality Administration Assistant to join our small, hands-on team. This is a varied role that would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using computers in a busy office environment.Key Responsibilities:General office administration dutiesAnswering phones, transferring calls, and taking messagesManagement of onsite documentationData input and maintenance of spreadsheetsIssuing quotations, reports, and documentation (full training provided)Proofreading, issuing, and quality-checking documents and reportsDocument transcribingCompiling evidence, report writing, and document controlSkills & Experience Required:Excellent computer skillsPrevious office experience is essentialStrong attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar, and communication skillsAbility to work accurately and manage multiple tasksDesirable (but not essential):Experience within the Construction IndustryExperience in Quality Assurance or a similar roleAs we are a small team, this role is very hands-on and varied, offering the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of administrative and quality-related tasks.If you are organised, proactive, and looking for a role where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
