A leading aircraft engine asset management platform is seeking an AVP, Powerplant to support engine acquisition analysis, powerplant technical management, and data-driven decision making. This is a senior, hands-on role combining engine technical expertise, commercial and financial analysis, and ownership of business-critical data and digital tools supporting engine investment strategies. Location-flexible role with the option to be based in the UK or Ireland, or to work remotely within Europe. Key focus areas include: Engine acquisition analysis and maintenance cost modelling Technical management of acquired powerplant assets Oversight of engine workscopes and maintenance activity Ownership and optimisation of technical, commercial, and financial data Development and use of digital tools and analytics (including EFPAC) Ideal background: 10+ years in powerplant or engine asset management Strong knowledge of major engine types (CFM, P&W, GE, IAE, RR) Commercially and financially astute Advanced Excel skills and strong interest in digital solutions EFPAC experience highly desirable This role offers exposure to engine acquisitions, portfolio management, and digital strategy within a well-established global platform.
