Job Title: Senior Social Account Manager (Agency)Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £45,000 – £48,000An award-winning global social agency is seeking a Senior Social Account Manager to lead and deliver organic social campaigns for major consumer and lifestyle brands. This role sits within a fast-paced, creatively driven team working across household-name clients in FMCG, beverage, lifestyle and tech sectors.You’ll operate as a strategic and hands-on social expert, shaping campaigns, advising clients, collaborating with creative and influencer teams, and ensuring projects land on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities• Lead the delivery of organic social campaigns from briefing to execution• Develop platform-led social strategies that integrate into wider digital campaigns• Work closely with client services teams to shape responses, presentations and recommendations• Guide creative development, ensuring concepts align with social behaviours, formats and audience insights• Manage project budgets• Collaborate with influencer, community and creative departments to deliver cohesive social outputSkills & Experience• Proven agency background within social and client services• Strong experience delivering organic social campaigns for major brands• Confident client-facing communicator with experience presenting strategies and creative work• Ability to plan, shape and evaluate end-to-end social solutions• Solid understanding of platform behaviours, content formats and cultural trends• Experience working across consumer brands are a benefit• Comfortable managing budgets, timelines and cross-functional teamsPersonal Attributes• Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment• Culturally curious with a passion for social innovation and audience-first thinking• Highly organised with strong attention to detail• Confident working with senior stakeholders and navigating high expectations• Creative problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindsetSalary & Benefits• £45,000 – £48,000 salary depending on experience• Private medical cover• Company pension scheme• Personal development fund and structured progression pathways• Cycle-to-work scheme• Additional holiday days with tenure + festive shutdown• Subsidised gym membership• Regular agency socials, breakfasts and Thursday drinks• Hybrid working with 3 office days (Tue–Thu)Location & Workplace Policy• Central London office near major transport links• Hybrid model: 3 days onsite (Tue–Thu), 2 days flexible remote workingMajor Players are the UK's leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we've consistently championed our people and communities.
