This role suits someone keen to start a career in property, bringing strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills from another sector.You will receive guidance and support while learning the full lettings process, working closely with landlords, tenants, and colleagues in a busy office environment. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Handling incoming lettings enquiries by phone, email, and in personBooking and conducting property viewingsRegistering applicants and understanding their requirementsMatching applicants with suitable rental propertiesAssisting with negotiating and agreeing tenanciesProviding clear communication to landlords and tenantsUpdating property listings and applicant recordsRepresenting the business professionally at all times What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Transferable experience from customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident and professional mannerWillingness to learn and develop within the property industryGood organisational skills and attention to detailPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a teamLocal knowledge of West Byfleet or surrounding areas helpfulFull UK Driving Licence and own car essential What's In It For You?
