Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant – Year 4 (Full-Time)Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a fluent Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming primary school, working full-time within a Year 4 classroom.This role is classroom-based and focuses on supporting teaching and learning across the whole class. While the position is not a dedicated ALN role, there are two pupils with Additional Learning Needs within the class, so applicants must be confident and comfortable providing appropriate support when required.Key responsibilities: Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day learning activities Working with small groups and individual pupils as needed Providing inclusive support to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management Promoting a positive, nurturing learning environment through the medium of Welsh Essential requirements: Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written) Previous experience working in a primary school setting Confidence supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to classroom work Role details: Full-time position Based in a Year 4 classroom Weekly pay: £446.90 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role within a supportive school environment.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
