You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions, foster client resilience, and lead business development efforts to exceed sales and retention targets.Client Executive Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients, becoming their go-to trusted adviser.Use strategic thinking and technical expertise to shape client discussions and identify opportunities.Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to drive new business growth.Act as the client leader for portfolios with complex requirements, ensuring smooth placement of challenging risks.Provide accurate sales forecasts and align activities with regional sales strategies.Continuously seek to enhance client offerings by acting on feedback and keeping up with professional development.Uphold the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. The Candidate: Extensive industry knowledge and proven ability to manage high-value corporate clients.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and present complex insurance products.Demonstrated success in business development, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of exceeding targets.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.Working knowledge of FCA compliance rules.
