What will you be doing? Lead and grow a Winner Marine Warranty Survey capability across offshore renewables and decommissioning Act as a Brave, Assured figurehead with insurers, underwriters and brokers, strengthening market presence Oversee and deliver high-value offshore projects, acting as Lead MWS where required Inspire, mentor and develop a Motivated, Focused technical team Drive business development, converting relationships into sustainable growth Are you the ideal candidate? Qualified Marine Warranty Surveyor with senior offshore energy experience SOMWS member (or eligible) with a Strong grasp of codes, standards and assurance practices Proven leader with commercial acumen and client-facing confidence Background in offshore renewables or transferable oil & gas expertise Determined, Creative professional with excellent communication skills What's in it for you?
