What you'll do day to day
Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or replacements needed
Provide expert technical advice to customers with clear and professional communication
Maintain exceptional customer service standards to build trust and loyalty
Collaborate with the service reception and workshop control teams to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
Offer guidance and support to fellow Technicians, promoting teamwork and shared learning

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
A current MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence required
