VANRATH are delighted to be assisting one of NI's most reputable and profitable Construction Firm with the Recruitment of a pivotal role within the company for a Health & Safety AdvisorSalary - Fully Negotiable Depending on Experience + Fantastic Benefits PackageType: Permanent | Full-TimeLocation: Cookstown You'll play a key role in developing and managing Health & Safety systems, supporting site teams, coordinating audits, and maintaining our Integrated Management System across ISO & 14001.Your focus will be on ensuring full legal compliance, preventing incidents, and promoting a strong safety-first culture across all projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage H&S policies, RAMS, site inspections, and auditsLead incident investigations and corrective actionsSupport and advise site teams, subcontractors, and senior managementManage ISO systems, internal audits, and certification processesMonitor legislation and ensure ongoing complianceDeliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings RequirementsNEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction-related H&S roleStrong knowledge of UK, NI & ROI legislation and ISO standardsProactive, analytical, and confident communicator For more information on this role, please contact Jack Groves @ VANRATH.
