As a Principal Consultant, you will lead complex, multi-sector projects, provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders, and develop innovative solutions that enhance human performance and reduce risk.Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering practical human factors solutions.Lead multiple consulting projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial targets.Conduct human error assessments, safety critical task analysis, and bowtie risk reviews.Apply data analytics to safety performance and design culture improvement programmes.Drive human factors integration across asset lifecycles and optimise safety-critical procedures.Support organisational change and deliver human factors training to build client capability.Develop proposals, grow client accounts, and contribute to thought leadership.
