Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesYou’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:Perform various mobile security tasks such as locks/unlocks, internal and external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections and escort servicesMaintain a professional, polite and helpful demeanour when interacting with clients, their staff and Securitas colleaguesAssist the control room (Mobile Dispatch) with adhoc requests, ensuring smooth distribution and collation of information for current and upcoming shiftsAdhere to key management processes, assignment instructions and escalation procedures in case of incidents or emergenciesAssist neighbouring branches and participate in investigations or other tasks as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
