Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesYou’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:Ensure protection of property and premises by preventing unauthorized access, monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV, and conducting patrols and ID checks. Manage keys, perform locking/unlocking duties, and report incidents while maintaining accurate logs. Support health and safety by guiding staff and visitors, enforcing safety procedures, and responding to emergencies and fire alarms. Prevent loss and waste by reporting risks and securing premises during patrols. Deter crime by monitoring suspicious activity, enforcing stop and search policies, and reporting incidents. Deliver outstanding customer service, maintain professional presentation, and handle calls professionally.
