Senior Account Manager – ChildrenswearLocation: London (5 days office-based)Contract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £60,000 + bonus + excellent benefitsAn established fashion design and manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow key childrenswear accounts.This is a client-facing, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced supplier environment and enjoys owning accounts from initial brief through to bulk delivery.The RoleAs Senior Account Manager, you will take full ownership of several key customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact from concept to delivery. You will translate customer briefs into clear commercial actions, working closely with internal teams and the supply base to ensure ranges are delivered on time, on cost, and to margin.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as the primary contact for key retail and e-commerce customer accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers and merchandisers to drive repeat businessManage the end-to-end order process, from initial concept and costing through to deliveryBrief design and development teams on customer requirements and seasonal directionPresent ranges and samples to customers, ensuring they are commercially viable and trend-relevantManage critical paths, coordinating with factories, QA, logistics, and technical teamsOversee lab dips, strike-offs, bulk submissions and approvalsAttend and lead buyer meetings and customer presentationsUse PLM systems and manage associated administrationAnalyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesSupport onboarding of new customers and attend trade shows or client visits when requiredWork closely with merchandising and production teams to achieve margin targetsABOUT YOU ( A LIST OF THE MUST HAVE TO BE SHORTLISTED ) Solid and recent experience in an childrenswear account management role within a fashion high street supplier Track record of buyer meetings and upselling Good knowledge of garment development, costings, critical path management and retail calendarsConfident managing multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneouslyCommercially focused with the ability to translate trends into sellable productExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailCommutable to London and Eligible to work in the UK WHY APPLY?Join a well-established, ethically driven fashion businessHigh level of autonomy and ownership over key accountsCompetitive salary up to £60k, plus bonus and strong benefits packageLong-term career progression within a growing business“We will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours of receiving your CV, however due to the nature of our business this may be delayed due to meetings, holidays and offsite visits.
