You will provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide range of issues.To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Strong organisational skills and the ability provide expert advice on a number of mattersAbility to manage own caseload5 years + PQEOpen to various levels including Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and PartnersExperience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment workHappy to work with a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondentConfident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging mattersUK-based, able to work fully remotely Within this position, you’ll also be: Assisting clients delivering a professional service on a wide range of issues including but not limited to: Settlement agreementsRedundancy and restructuresUnfair dismissalDiscriminationDisciplinary procedures and grievances Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals Salary and Hours of Work Monday to Friday – hours to suit the employee £65k FTE base plus uncapped OTEMust be able to commit to 15 – 25 hours per week Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.Talk Staff Recruitment act as an Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.See our website for more details and jobs available -
