Role: Teaching Assistant Location: Various school settings Pay: £89.38 – £100 per day⏰ Hours: School hours (term time) Travel: You must be able to travel to different school locations across NorthamptonshireWhat you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils in the classroom—both 1:1 and in small groups Helping children stay engaged, confident, and motivated Working alongside friendly teachers and staff Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive learning environment Being a calm, encouraging presence throughout the school day What we’re looking for: Someone caring, energetic, and reliable Experience working with children (school experience is a bonus!)
