Customer Sales Advisor - Remote (UK Mainland Only) Salary: £24,500 plus average bonus earning potential of £8,400 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday Location: Remote (UK Mainland Only) Start date: 2nd February 2026Domestic & General are a proud partner to leading manufacturer and retail brands worldwide, taking the worry out of appliance breakdowns for almost 9 million customers in the UK.Right now, we're recruiting Inbound Customer Sales Advisors for a role that offers great work life balance, working from home and comprehensive training: (5 weeks, initial 2 weeks Mon-Fri: 9am - 5:30pm).As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Retentions team, you'll be the first port of call for customers who are renewing or cancelling their plans.
