Staff development is a priority, with access to high-quality training, opportunities for career progression and a supportive leadership team committed to helping every member of staff succeed.Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher Plan, deliver, and assess engaging French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages.Inspire students to develop language skills and cultural awareness through interactive and creative activities.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity and confidence in language learning.Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Languages curriculum and raise attainment. Requirements for the Role Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.Experience teaching French and Spanish in school settings.Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make learning relevant and exciting.An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
