Clerk to the Governors We are working on behalf of one of our client schools in Liverpool who require a Clerk to the Governors to provide administrative support across their Multi-Academy Trust. Role* Based in a school office in Liverpool * Full time - 37 core hours per week* Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 4.15pm * Occasionally, Governors' meetings may take place outside of core hours. * Any additional time worked can be reclaimed through time off in lieu or a later start on another day* Laptop provided* Car advisable as you will be expected to travel to Trust schools in Liverpool & Sefton* To work as part of a supportive administrative team* Temporary role with the potential to be made permanent* Pay - £15 - £22 per hour based on experience Key responsibilities include:* Attending Governors' meetings and accurately taking minutes* Preparing and distributing meeting packs* Photocopying and general administrative duties* Supporting governance activity across the Trust Requirements* To be considered, you must have:* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)* A full 10-year career history* Two professional referencesThe legal right to work in the UK The ideal candidate will:* Have strong organisational and administrative skills* Be a confident note taker * Be discreet and professional when handling confidential information* Be flexible and willing to work across multiple school sites For further information or to apply please contact Lizzie McDonnell at Tradewind on 0151 221 9666 or lizzie.mcdonnell@twrecruitment.com #INDIV
