Their AI-driven platform uses site data and computer vision to give project teams complete visibility and control, helping some of the world’s largest contractors and developers deliver projects on time and on budget.What You’ll DoDrive pipeline growth by sourcing, prospecting, and qualifying leads across construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectorsRun multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to engage senior decision-makers (e.g., Project Directors, Innovation Leads, C-Suite)Book qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive teamResearch target accounts and tailor outreach to address their specific challengesCollaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and inbound lead follow-upLog activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on KPIsAct as the first point of contact to represent the company’s brand and value propositionWhat We’re Looking For1–2 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, PropTech, or ConTech a plus)Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholdersA self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environmentsCuriosity and eagerness to learn about construction technology and AIResilient, persistent, and motivated to hit and exceed goalsTeam player with a positive, proactive mindset
