The school is now seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team after February half term.About the RoleAs a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in enhancing learning across the school. Working closely with teaching staff, you’ll support lesson delivery, lead targeted interventions, and assist with planning and assessment. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate HLTA who is eager to make a meaningful difference within a nurturing and vibrant school community.Key Responsibilities Support in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessonsLead one-to-one or small group interventions to accelerate pupil progressCreate and maintain an inclusive, positive, and stimulating learning environmentSupport pupils’ emotional wellbeing and personal developmentPrepare learning materials and track pupil progressProvide personalised support for pupils with additional needsWork collaboratively with teachers, parents, and wider school staff What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a HLTA or in a senior classroom support positionA proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to working in educationStrong communication, collaboration, and organisational skillsA commitment to inclusive practice and supporting diverse learning needsHLTA qualification (or equivalent) – highly desirable Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
