Hard Landscaper – Surrey (Guildford, Farnham, Ascot, Weybridge & Surrounding Areas) We’re working with several well-established clients in the Surrey area, who are looking to add experienced Hard Landscapers to their growing teams. Our clients operate across Guildford, Farnham, Ascot, Weybridge, and surrounding locations, delivering high-end residential and commercial landscaping projects. Key Responsibilities: Constructing patios, paving, decking, fencing, walls, and other hard landscaping features Reading and interpreting landscape drawings and site plans Operating hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently Maintaining high standards of craftsmanship across all projects Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to specification Requirements: Previous experience in hard landscaping is preferred Trainee opportunities may be available for those with some relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn Solid understanding of landscaping materials and construction techniques Ability to read and work from technical drawings/plans Good communication and teamwork skills Full UK driving licence (preferred) What’s on Offer: Competitive pay (depending on experience) Opportunity to work on bespoke, high-spec outdoor projects Supportive, professional, and friendly team environment Long-term roles with genuine scope for progression If you're an experienced Hard Landscaper, or someone with some relevant experience eager to learn, and you’re passionate about creating exceptional outdoor spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
