Job DescriptionCorporate Communications & Brand VoiceOwn YuMe and Maxx Marketing’s corporate presence on LinkedIn, including publishing approved content and managing public-facing engagement.Sharpen our corporate brands’ tone of voice and visual identity in the context of B2B communications pieces.Draft and manage corporate editorial content, ensuring full internal approval prior to publication.PR & Media RelationsMaintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C trade, consumer, and online media outlets.Identify opportunities to increase share of voice in the US and key European markets.Draft and distribute press releases with direct media follow-up.Identify awards, gift guides, and feature opportunities and manage submissions.Editorial, Advertising & PartnershipsDraft creative briefs and coordinate development of advertising artwork.Manage editorial and artwork deadlines to ensure opportunities are not missed.Negotiate advertising rates and packages within approved budgets.Track delivery of negotiated editorial and advertising commitments.Manage the trade publication advertising budget.Negotiate and manage approved trade partnerships and sponsorships for industry events.Executive, Events & Reputation ManagementCoordinate executive interviews (written and in-person) and corporate features, including drafting talking points and attributed quotes.Support event-related press communications, launches, and announcements.Attend key tradeshows to brief media, manage photoshoots, and support executive briefings.Manage crisis communications in alignment with senior leadership, escalating issues as appropriate.Planning & ReportingDevelop and maintain the company website news/blog section.Plan and recommend strategic corporate news beats in alignment with the Director of Global Marketing.Produce and circulate monthly corporate communications reports company-wide.
