LCV MOT Tester & Technician Location: London Job Type: Full-time Hours: 40 per week Salary: £35,000 basic + overtime at 1.5x OTE: Up to £47,966+ per year (uncapped) Bonus: Productivity bonus up to £6,000 per annum Additional Earnings: +£2,000 annually for EV-qualified candidates (with proof) A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Light Commercial Vehicle Service Technician & MOT Tester (Class 4 & 7) to join a busy and well-structured commercial vehicle workshop in the Heathrow area. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys varied work, can handle MOT requirements confidently, and is keen to continue progressing within the LCV sector. About the Role Working within a fast-paced LCV service department, you will: Carry out MOT tests for Class 4 and 7 vehicles Complete routine servicing, inspections, and safety checks Diagnose and repair a range of mechanical and electrical issues Maintain high standards of accuracy within manufacturer and compliance guidelines Support workshop efficiency by ensuring work is completed to schedule Keep service documentation, job cards, and system entries updated Participate in continuous technical development through ongoing training This role combines hands-on MOT testing responsibilities with day-to-day servicing and repair tasks across a modern LCV fleet.
