If you excel at translating complex needs into joined-up solutions where strategy meets delivery, this is for you.About the RoleThis pivotal position blends service design, integration, and continuous improvement. You'll ensure IT services are designed and maintained to meet evolving organisational needs, working across cloud, hybrid and on-prem platforms, guiding outsourced providers, and embedding cyber resilience and zero-trust architecture.You'll bridge business needs and technical execution, developing service roadmaps, shaping future-state models, and supporting the shift to product-led, Agile delivery.Key Responsibilities Design scalable IT service models aligned with digital transformation strategyEnsure integration across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, ESRI ArcGIS, and AzureCollaborate with IT leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to shape solutionsEmbed ITIL 4 principles across service lifecycle functionsMonitor performance via Power BI dashboards and deliver actionable insightsEnsure compliance with NIST CSF 2.0 Level 6 and governance frameworksAssure outsourced partners against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligationsDrive innovation using cloud-native technologies, automation, and agile methodologySupport business continuity, disaster recovery, and service optimisationMaintain service architecture documentation and governance artefacts What You'll Bring Significant experience in IT service architecture and integrationStrong grasp of ITIL and modern service management practicesExcellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsPublic sector or enterprise-scale experienceExpertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud-native tools, and hybrid modelsCollaborative mindset with a drive for service excellenceITIL, TOGAF, or cloud architecture certifications desirable (practical experience equally valued) James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
