The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality and safety, supporting non-conformity reduction, and driving quality initiatives across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and delegate tasks to Product Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineering personnelDevelop and maintain quality documentation and proceduresAnalyse data on non-conforming products and support corrective actionsPrepare and maintain First Article Inspection Reports and Inspection plansLiaise with internal and external customers regarding quality assurance requirementsArrange and conduct internal and external auditsSupport training on quality requirements for both internal and external stakeholdersDrive quality initiatives and support APQP activities (e.g., 8D problem solving, PFMEA, Control Plan development)Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge constructivelyData analysis skills (interpret data sets, graphical data, and draw conclusions)Team player, able to work cross-functionallyQuality or engineering background within a major manufacturing industryAutomotive, manufacturing, or production experience with large companies consideredTo apply:
