Senior Associate Corporate (Belfast)A leading corporate law team in Belfast is seeking a Senior Associate with strong corporate and transactional experience to join its dynamic and busy department.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and other corporate matters for a diverse range of clients including growth businesses, investors, and multinational companies. The team works collaboratively across practice areas to deliver commercially focused, high-quality legal advice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex corporate transactions, including M&A, restructurings, equity investments and commercial governance mattersProvide commercially grounded advice to clients at all stages of the corporate lifecycleDraft and negotiate transaction documentation and related corporate governance documentationMentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staffBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsPerson SpecificationQualified solicitor with at least 5 years post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally within a commercial law firm contextStrong technical knowledge of UK company law and corporate transactional workDemonstrated ability to manage significant matters independently and as part of a teamExcellent drafting, communication and client relationship skillsCommercial mindset and keen attention to detailWhats on OfferHands-on involvement in market-leading corporate workA collaborative and ambitious team environmentOpportunities for professional development and career progressionCompetitive salary and benefits packageThis is a compelling role for a lawyer looking to further their career in corporate law with exposure to sophisticated, high-impact transactions.
