You will:Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategiesResearch, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist marketsConduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunitiesManage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial briefing to offer negotiation and placementBuild lasting relationships with clients and candidates while developing your own sector expertiseThis is a commercially focused, people-driven role offering exposure to senior decision-makers and complex business challenges from the outset.Training and DevelopmentYour professional development is at the core of what we do.
