Advanced MSK Clinician Permanent Full Time - 37.5 hours or Part Time Salary - £44,805 - £61,156, depending on experienceLocation: ChelmsfordThis is an exciting opportunity to be an Advanced MSK Clinician within an integrated community MSK, pain, & rheumatology service based in Mid & South Essex! Cora Health have been delivering community MSK, pain & rheumatology services in South West Essex since 2015. Following a recent procurement process, Cora Health’s service delivery will be expanded across Mid & South Essex from April 1st, 2026. This is an opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary team during an exciting phase of growth. Services will be delivered from a range of healthcare, wellness and leisure centre venues across Mid & South Essex. About the role We focus on competency, developing talent and offer great flexibility. If you’re able to manage a varied caseload of patients experiencing persistent pain, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we’d be keen to hear from you. The Advanced Clinician in Pain will be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner, within scope of practice and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and operational needs of the service, with more senior support as required. They will appropriately triage patients and conduct comprehensive specialist biopsychosocial assessments. They will formulate, deliver, review and progress individual face-to-face, telephone and video consultations and face to face and online group programmes. They will ensure effective treatment, a positive patient experience and specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved. Our interview process is competency-based and will seek to provide opportunity for you to demonstrate working at Level 7 practice across all four pillars required for an advanced practice role. Who we are looking for: • Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care. • A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities. • Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, BASRaT, GOsC) • Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management • Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways • Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP. • Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal practice. • Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change. • Experience of developing team members We are Cora Health: Cora is a leading provider of community healthcare services in the UK.
