Teaching Assistant Location: Hartlepool, North East Salary: £85 – £110 per day Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeGSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary and secondary schools in Hartlepool. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and making a positive impact in the classroom.The Role: Support class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities. Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils make progress. Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment. Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required. Help prepare learning resources and support planned activities. What We Offer: Competitive daily pay rates of £85 – £110. The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable). Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable). Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
