This is a very exciting opportunity to join a well established company that is continuing to grow.Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday What will the job entail? Build strong and effective relationships with both existing clients and new business clientsMaintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment marketMonitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard.Identifying new client opportunities and negotiating fees confidentlyPlan to meet the future recruitment requirements of commercial clientsSearch and identifying marketable candidates with specialist skill setsAssist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all timesWork in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants to share best practiceContribute to the growth of KPI RecruitmentDaily speculative CV sending to industry specific clientsQualify candidates and onboard any new clientsFollowing the weekly sales cycleUsing LinkedIn to grow your networkAttending networking events What we are looking for from you? Previous recruitment experience, ecpecially for SEN rolesExperience working within sales experience, building and maintaining relationshipsPassionate about exceeding business expectationsConstantly strive to come up with new ideas to do things betterBring energy and passion to the officeDemonstrate extensive local market knowledgeRelentlessly prioritise and pursue the outcomes that matter to our businessAbility to problem solve and organise efficiently Possess self-confidence.
