The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with ADHD and Diabetes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young person’s educational progress, emotional wellbeing and daily school experience!This school is a co‑educational community special school for pupils aged 10–16, supporting learners with a wide range of Special Educational Needs including ASD, SEMH and Specific Learning Difficulties. The school also educates pupils with conditions such as ADHD, attachment difficulties, ODD and mental health needs, while offering a caring and therapeutic environment.The school benefits from excellent specialist facilities including a sensory room, a hydrotherapy pool, and spacious outdoor learning areas, helping pupils to thrive through personalised support!
