As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the management and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multidiscipline projects. Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools, processes, and best practices. Prepare and maintain documentation related to BIM execution plans and project workflows. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements to the BIM process. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in BIM technology, and regulatory changes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a BIM management role within the construction or engineering industry. Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools). Thorough understanding of BIM processes, workflows, and industry standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration. Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
