Pay: £26,000.00 + CommissionJob Description:We're looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our established office in our Manchester Branch. If you have the experience and are ready for the next step, we're keen to discuss the role with you.Ideally, we are looking for candidates with previous sales or recruitment experience, but if you are enthusiastic, energetic and willing to learn then this may be the ideal career opportunity. We are looking for a consultant to join our warm Industrial department.What The Role Entails:-Generate business through outbound sales and business developmentAble to work in a busy and demanding office environmentSupply professional drivers to clients across the regionManage client accounts dailyGenerate candidates by sourcing using top job boards and local candidate attraction methodsInterview candidates and maintain recruitment administrationDevelop long-term relationships with both candidates and clientsProvide assistance on the out of hour's mobile phone to clients and candidates, including weekends.
