Senior Pump Engineer About the ClientOur client is a fast-growing water hygiene and Legionella control company operating across London. They work with a broad mix of residential and commercial buildings and are now expanding their pump services division. They are looking for an experienced Senior Pump Engineer to take a leading role in service delivery and team development.Role SummaryThis is a hands-on senior engineering role involving servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing clean water booster sets and submersible pump systems. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers, supporting quotations and project work, and occasionally assisting with wider water hygiene tasks. It offers a clear long-term pathway into a leadership role as the division grows.Key ResponsibilitiesService, repair and commission booster sets and submersible pumpsAttend breakdowns and carry out diagnostic fault-findingInstall and commission new pump systemsJoin the call-out rota for emergency worksSupport quotations and small project deliveryMentor and assist junior engineersUndertake general water hygiene/Legionella control tasks when requiredRequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in pump servicing, repairs and installationsStrong diagnostic and fault-finding abilityExperience with Lowara, Wilo, Grundfos, DAB, Aquatech and Espa systemsFull UK Driving License (essential)18th Edition, Confined Space training and CSCS card (all desirable)Knowledge of water hygiene/Legionella control (desirable)BenefitsCompany van with personal use + fuel cardAll tools, PPE and uniform provided24 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday offHours, Salary & LocationSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 + overtime (OTE £55k+)Location: London
