Payroll OfficerLocation: Crumlin AreaJob Type: Full-time | Office-based | Temporary (with potential for permanent offer)Salary: £14.42 - £16.82 an hour (dependent on experience)Reed Accountancy are delighted to be partnered with a well-known and international organisation based in Crumlin in the recruitment of a Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. Although this role is starting as a temporary assignment, it has the potential to lead to a permanent offer.Day-to-day of the role:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK & Ireland.Support international payrolls by coordinating with external partners.Maintain accurate employee records across payroll systems.Prepare payroll inputs using time & attendance information.Process payments and issue payslips and statutory documentation.Administer taxable benefits and assist employees with benefit queries.Oversee childcare scheme administration and related records.Carry out automatic enrolment checks and submit pension contributions.Reconcile pension records and maintain contribution logs.Handle queries from tax and statutory bodies and arrange required payments.Maintain statutory payment records (e.g., sick pay, maternity pay).Provide support for employee payroll enquiries.Produce routine and ad-hoc payroll reports for management.Required Skills & Qualifications:Educated to GCSE Level or Equivalent standardExperience in Payroll - UK / ROIThe ability to work to strict deadlinesFor more information, including package details, please contact Mary at Reed Belfast, apply via this advert, or contact me confidentially on LinkedInSkills:Payroll Senior Payroll Officer Payroll Officer
