Full‑Stack Angular/C# Developer/Team Lead – London (Hybrid)**Guide salary circa 130-170k + bens/bonus – Financial Services/Trading background**A leading global trading business is expanding its London technology team and is looking for a lead developer to help build and evolve enterprise‑scale trading and risk systems.This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with modern technologies, and contributing to a collaborative agile environment.The role:Leading development within a cross‑functional Scrum teamDesigning, building and enhancing full‑stack applications used across global trading desksContributing to solution architecture and engineering strategyDriving best practices, code quality, testing standards and CI/CD disciplineMentoring and supporting developers across the full SDLCExperience required:Circa 10+ years’ software development experience, ideally with recent team‑lead responsibilitiesStrong full‑stack expertise: Angular 16+, C#, .NET 8+, Typescript, SQL Server, REST APIs (Focus on UI Development of modern web apps)Experience with NHibernate/Entity Framework, Git, Jira, ConfluenceAbility to navigate complex multi‑system environmentsStrong communication and problem‑solving skillsBackground in trading/financial services (Essential)Degree in Computer Science or equivalentPlease apply within if you match the criteria above and I’ll be sure to get in touch.
