This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, getting the best out of people, and driving consistent results.Commutable Areas: Slough, Maidenhead, West London, Hayes, Southall, WembleyRole Overview: Internal Sales ManagerThis is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving customer acquisition and sales development across key target accounts, with a current team of 5 internal sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:Implement sales initiatives to achieve agreed business objectivesLead from the front, motivating and supporting the team to deliver strong resultsMonitor performance and provide regular coaching, development and feedbackBuild and promote strong customer partnerships by understanding requirements and identifying growth opportunitiesSupport account management activity and contribute to sales where neededIdeal Candidate: Internal Sales ManagerWe’re looking for someone with a strong background in IT sales and internal sales leadership — whether that’s from a reseller, distributor, or vendor environment.Experience selling to and managing IT resellers / VAR partners is essential, as this role will include an element of your own account management and sales responsibility, alongside managing the team.You’ll be proactive, commercially driven, and confident building pipeline through relationship development, account growth, and new business activity.Interested?
