Senior Probate Case Manager - £27k-£40k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships. Review and approve estate accounts. Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation. Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure. Manage an independent case load. To work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentorship of paralegals. Corresponding with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case. Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly. Skills Required: Probate Fee Earner with at least 4 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions. Minimum of 4+ years of running a probate caseload. Utilise and maintain case management system. Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate. Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making. My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a Probate Case Manager to join an expanding team.
