Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our friendly Doncaster team.As a Transport Administrator you will be working alongside the transport team responsible for providing on-site operational and administrative support. Responsibilities start with checking-in and checking-out registration of drivers, despatching drivers and completing key documentation.Working hours: 4 on 4 off nightsSalary: £25,500 per annumKey Duties of a Transport Administrator:Efficiently and accurately despatching drivers with all relevant paperworkCompleting customer and Stobart KPIs where requiredInputted trailer details into the internal tracking systemMonitoring the service board to make sure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailersLiaising with drivers on the gate communication system to make them aware of site procedures before entering site, when requiredCompleting all daily tasks for compliance purposesEnsure manning levels are updated & correctInternal reporting dutiesDownloading vehicle & driver digital tachographs as per requirementTransport System management
