This is a highly visible role within the business, ideally suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with non-finance stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Candidates who are immediately available or available at short notice are strongly encouraged to apply.Interviewing immediately. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting business performance through high-quality financial insight, analysis and commercial challenge, ensuring profitability and strategic objectives are achieved.Support to Finance Director and Senior Leadership Team to:Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and rolling forecasts, working closely with operational and commercial teamsProvide detailed margin, profitability and cost analysis across products, customers and contractsBusiness partner with Operations, Sales and Supply Chain to support strategic and operational decision-makingDeliver monthly management accounts support, including variance analysis, commentary and actionable insightsLead product costing and standard costing processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial strategySupport pricing decisions, customer tenders and commercial negotiations through robust financial modellingDrive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes and ERP utilisationIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across finance and wider business processesSupport development and adherence to financial policies and proceduresAttend management meetings and provide clear, concise financial insight to non-finance stakeholders Education / Experience:Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or qualified by experience)Proven experience in a manufacturing and/or commercial finance environmentStrong background in business partnering and financial analysisExperience with product costing, margin analysis and commercial decision supportHands-on, proactive approach with the ability to influence at all levelsFor further information on this job, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Ballymena or Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Robbie Lemon for a confidential chat today.Skills:Management Accountant Newly Qualified Accountant Commercial Accountant Financial AccountantBenefits:bonus + benefits
