Job DescriptionMust-Have: (WFO opportunity)• Minimum 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience delivering automation, data, and workflow solutions in enterprise environments.• Strong experience with Google Apps Script (V8) • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, formulas, and large data handling• Hands-on experience with Big Query (datasets, views, SQL optimization)• Experience building AppSheet apps and automations• Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON payloads• Experience migrating or modernizing Excel/VBA-based solutions• Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsGood-to-Have:• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (IAM, Secrets, monitoring concepts)• Knowledge of enterprise data governance and access control models• Experience working with citizen developers and business-owned solutions• Familiarity with Agile / Kanban delivery models• Prior experience in large enterprise transformation or migration programsSoft Skills:• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)• Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams• Structured, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset• Comfortable working in evolving, ambiguous environments Duties to be performed• Design and develop solutions using Google App Sheet, Drive, Docs, and Gmail automation, as well as AppScript.• Migrate complex Excel/VBA macros to Google-native implementations• Build robust automation frameworks with logging, error handling, retries, and execution limits in mind• Implement secure configuration and secrets handling (e.g., externalized configs, environment-based settings)Data Engineering & Analytics• Design and manage datasets, views, and access controls in Big Query• Build ingestion pipelines from Google Sheets, flat files, and external systemsExperience with Google Cloud Platform (IAM, Secrets, monitoring concepts)• Knowledge of enterprise data governance and access control models• Experience working with citizen developers and business-owned solutions• Familiarity with Agile / Kanban delivery models• Prior experience in large enterprise transformation or migration programs• Optimize data models for reporting, dashboards, and AppSheet consumption• Ensure data quality, validation, and performance at scaleAppSheet & Low-Code Solutions• Design and build AppSheet applications for business workflows• Build reporting views and forms using AppSheet• Implement AppSheet automation (Bots, Events, Processes, Tasks)• Enable PDF generation, file storage, approvals, and status tracking• Handle large datasets and performance tuning within AppSheet constraintsIntegration & APIs• Integrate Google Workspace solutions with third-party systems using REST APIs• Handle authentication, authorization, and secure API communication• Build synchronization mechanisms between systems (bi-directional where required)Governance & Delivery:• Work within an enterprise governance model (RACI, release pipelines, approvals)• Collaborate with architects on solution design and best practices• Produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks• Support UAT, defect triage, and production rollout activities
