Hybrid working – a genuine balance between home working and modern city centre officesExposure to a wide range of EL, PL and Product Liability claimsAutonomy to manage your own caseload with the backing of a respected global adjusting practiceOpportunities to work collaboratively across Major & Complex Loss, Legal, Property and Specialist teamsOngoing professional development and support with qualificationsA role where client relationships and technical quality genuinely matter The Role Manage a mixed caseload of third-party Liability claims, typically up to £100,000Handle claims on both an investigate & report only and cradle-to-grave basisCarry out thorough investigations to establish liability, causation and quantumProvide clear advice and guidance to policyholders, clients and brokers within agreed timeframesProduce high-quality investigation and liability reportsManage client expectations while delivering against SLA and KPI requirementsWork closely with internal specialists to ensure claims are handled efficiently and accuratelyTake ownership of issues, remove barriers in the process and drive claims to settlement or repudiation where appropriate What we’re looking for Proven experience handling Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claimsExposure to Product Liability and third-party property damage claimsStrong investigation skills and confidence writing detailed reportsSolid understanding of the UK insurance marketTechnically competent with a pragmatic, commercial approachComfortable working to client SLAs, productivity and quality standardsConfident using claims systems, scoping software and handheld devicesStrong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindsetFlexible to travel regionally, with occasional overnight staysFull UK driving licence
