Join Our Team at Mallusk!Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex needs?Mallusk is a 24 hour Supported Livings scheme, currently housing 5 residents (male and female) with complex needs associated with learning disabilities. We provide specialist, person-centred support to assist the people we care for to build confidence, develop independence, and thrive in a supportive environment.What Makes Mallusk Special?Mallusk is a dynamic, fast-paced service that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and trauma backgrounds. Every day brings opportunities to make a real difference, whether it's helping a service user gain confidence shopping independently, attend a concert for the first time, or build friendships within the service.Here, staff work together to encourage independence and self-growth through engaging activities, structured routines, and trauma-informed care. Some of the key activities and initiatives that make our service unique include:Supporting those we care for in building friendships and social networks.Recreational & therapeutic activities - book club, fitness classes, cycling.
